All consultations are free of charge. During this appointment we will discuss your desired brow shape, how the treatment works and what results you can expect. It will include an in depth questionnaire that will help us to determine your skin Fitzpatrick, any conditions we need to be aware of or any contra-indications that may mean this treatment is not the right one for you. Once we have determined you are a suitable candidate we can tailor a treatment plan for you moving forward.

Yes, we have loads of free parking directly in front of the studio. That means no more worrying about finding a car park, moving your car or topping up your parking meter, yay!

A skin consultation is a great place to start, however all of our facials are customisable to your specific skin care needs, so if you book a service that might not be the best fit for your skin we can adjust it to something more suitable on the day of your appointment.

We accept cash, eftpos, credit cards and after pay. Paywave and credit card payments will incur a small surcharge.

As a service spot is reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is provided we will charge a fee of 50% of the booked service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show”.
